Our firm represents startup and emerging brand franchisors. We regularly launch new startup brands by preparing the Franchise Disclosure Documents and keep our clients compliant year-round both under the federal franchise rules and state-specific registration requirements. We serve our franchisor clients as-needed with fixed fee pricing. In addition to the franchisor practice, I represent buyers and sellers of franchise resales mostly in the $250,000 to $5,000,000 range. I have many multi-unit owners as clients buying franchise locations in the same brand repeatedly. The other part of my practice involves representing franchisee investors looking at startup and emerging brand opportunities to assess risk and negotiate the best deal possible and also assisting franchisees with dispute resolution services.
