I am an Atlanta-based solo practitioner focused on IP, Tech & Privacy with over four years in private practice and seven years in-house. In addition to my direct clients, I also take on a few select in-house secondments at a time through alternative legal service providers (ALSPs) to support in-house legal teams on IP, technology, AI/ML (machine learning), privacy, and general commercial matters. My ideal practice allows me to partner with clients and in-house teams who are intellectually curious, innovative, and forward-thinking, integrating AI into their business operations, legal matters, and everything in-between. Prior to practicing law, I worked in Fortune 500 companies in B2B sales and B2C leadership and marketing roles. My business leadership experience taught me resiliency, resourcefulness, and the value of cross-collaboration and teamwork -- all of which has made me a more effective, business-savvy in-house lawyer.
