Aisha Smith is a financial services regulatory lawyer. Prior to launching her practice, she led an in-house regulatory team, then spent three years in private practice at large law firms. Aisha counsels clients on commercial and consumer lending matters, including transactions, state and federal agency investigations, state attorney general investigations, third party risk management, licensing, and governance. Aisha is an active member of the American Bar Association, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a Sustaining Member of the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and a Board Member of the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund in Chicago, IL.
