Ajanaclair Wise Law is a boutique estate and business planning firm that helps families and entrepreneurs design the legacy they want to live and leave. I serve clients primarily in North Carolina and New York, with a focus on strategic, story-driven planning that aligns legal structure with real life, not just legal theory. My work is divided between two main areas: Legacy Planning: I help individuals and blended families create comprehensive plans that protect assets, preserve harmony, and make sure their values, not just their valuables, are passed on. My process combines education, strategy, and emotional clarity to make planning feel approachable and empowering. Business Counsel for Travel Entrepreneurs: Through my background in corporate law and my own travel consulting company, I guide travel advisors, agencies, and hospitality entrepreneurs through business formation, contracts, and risk management, so they can protect their brand while growing with confidence. Ajanaclair Wise Law operates on a flat-fee and relationship-based model. Every client receives clarity, strategy, and partnership on a holistic level. My goal is to make the law feel like a tool for empowerment, not intimidation.
