I am the founder of Naik | Law & Advocacy Group, a complex and high-stakes litigation practice serving clients from offices in Manhattan and Melville. Drawing on years of experience at elite New York firms and as a managing partner, I represent businesses, executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals on both sides of the “v.” in bet-the-company and deeply personal disputes. My practice centers on business and commercial litigation: breach of contract, partnership and LLC member disputes, fiduciary duty claims, corporate divorce, and conflicts arising out of oral or informal agreements. I frequently handle matters involving non-compete agreements, merchant cash advance agreements (including aggressive MCA defense), and allegations of fraud, defamation, and disparagement. I also guide clients through government investigations and represent nonparties and third parties responding to subpoenas and third-party claims. In select cases, I prosecute serious personal injury and wrongful death claims. I am often brought in as appellate or oral-argument counsel, including in high-profile and politically sensitive matters. I have helped secure billion-dollar trial and summary-judgment wins and have represented high-visibility clients in federal and state courts around the country.
