  I provide strategic advisory support to SaaS companies that need clarity, structure, and executive-level guidance across their commercial contracting and go-to-market operations. My work focuses on simplifying complex legal frameworks, improving deal velocity, and building scalable systems that protect revenue.

• EOQ Legal Escalation & Decision Support

  I act as a senior point of escalation for in-house legal teams during EOQ/MEO/EOY periods, supporting junior attorneys and contracts managers when deals require higher-level judgment, faster decision-making, or executive alignment. This service is designed to remove bottlenecks without disrupting the existing legal workflow. Junior team members continue to own day-to-day negotiations, escalating only the issues that require experience, risk judgment, or cross-functional tradeoff decisions.
