I am the Founder and Principal Attorney of GridSquare Legal, P.C., where my practice focuses on corporate and tax law, business transactions, and cross-border legal matters. I advise entrepreneurs, investors, and domestic and international businesses on corporate structuring, tax planning, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on U.S. market entry and international business expansion.

Previously, I served as an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.
