I advise startups, emerging growth companies, founders, and investors on the corporate and commercial legal issues that arise as businesses launch, raise capital, and scale. My practice includes company formation and structuring, venture financings, corporate governance, equity and capitalization matters, commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and M&A. Having worked both at leading law firms and as a senior in-house legal executive, I bring a practical, business-minded approach to outside counsel. I understand how founders and management teams make decisions and aim to provide clear, actionable advice rather than simply identify legal risks. I have particular experience with technology, AI, digital health, and healthcare companies, but work with businesses across industries. I can serve as ongoing outside corporate counsel or assist with specific transactions and projects, from an early financing or key customer agreement to a strategic transaction or acquisition.
