I provide advice to startup and scaling companies in the areas of corporate, intellectual property, and commercial contracts law. I have deep experience in the fields of SaaS software, e-commerce, data, marketplace, and services. I serve as a fractional general counsel to multiple companies, performing a substantial portion of their legal services and managing their work with other attorneys in the fields such as mergers & acquisitions, employment, and intellectual property. I have served as a General Counsel for the last 12 years and helped companies scale revenues from tens to hundreds of millions. I have flexible billing arrangements, including fractional General Counsel packages, flat rate billing, and hourly billing.
