I have operated Angelo Law Firm, a boutique technology law practice, since 2014. I advise companies and support in-house legal teams on privacy, AI governance, product counseling, technology transactions, and emerging issues involving children’s privacy and online safety. My practice draws on more than a decade of in-house, fractional, and secondment experience with companies including Meta, Walmart, the NFL, Assurant, Swiss Re, and Spring Health. I am often brought in to assess novel product or data-use questions, design practical governance and risk-review processes, support global launches, and translate evolving legal requirements into clear business guidance. I work directly with companies and also collaborate with other attorneys and law firms that need specialized privacy, AI governance, or product counsel expertise. I maintain a focused practice built around a small number of ongoing advisory relationships and strategic projects.
