About

I help companies navigate complex AI, privacy, product, and technology issues so they can make practical, defensible decisions and keep moving forward. Through Angelo Law Firm, I advise companies and in-house legal teams on AI governance, product counseling, privacy and data protection, technology transactions, and emerging issues involving children’s privacy and online safety. I am often brought in when a company is launching a new product or feature, evaluating a novel use of AI or data, designing a governance or risk-review process, or translating evolving legal requirements into practical business action. My experience includes more than a decade working in-house, fractionally, and in embedded counsel roles with Fortune 100 and other leading organizations, including Meta, Walmart, the NFL, Assurant, Swiss Re, and Spring Health. I work directly with companies and also partner with in-house legal teams and law firms that need experienced AI governance, privacy, or product counsel support. My practice is intentionally focused on a small number of advisory relationships and strategic projects so I can provide senior-level attention and practical judgment. Typical engagements include: AI governance and risk assessments, product and feature reviews, launch readiness, privacy and AI program assessments, governance framework design, and strategic support for novel legal and regulatory questions.
