I advise clients, mainly Swiss and EU tech startups and scaleups, on commercial contracts, corporate law and cross-border legal matters, focusing specifically on US expansion from Europe. I also frequently act as fractional general counsel, assisting tech companies with all of their day-to-day legal issues. Prior to joining LEXR, a Swiss boutique firm with a practice focused on tech companies and offices in Switzerland and Germany, I worked as a general practice and litigation attorney in a New York City boutique firm and founded my own startup company, which I ran for two years. Combining my experiences as legal practitioner and entrepreneur, I strive to provide pragmatic legal advice with a business-first mindset.
