I specialize in providing comprehensive legal services to venture-backed technology startups. I have deep experience in corporate governance, securities law, M&A, and venture capital financings, developed during my time at an Am Law 100 firm and as in-house counsel at a venture fund. I’ve guided companies through over $3 billion in venture capital transactions and support startups through every stage of growth, from formation to strategic exits.
