At Sparta Systems, I led two successful recapitalizations, doubling EBITDA in four years by aligning legal strategy with value creation goals. For international tech companies expanding into the US, I act as a trusted guide, helping them navigate procurement, data governance, and compliance challenges with confidence. I’ve supported SaaS businesses from the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the UK, revamping global agreements to comply with local laws and accelerating deal cycles.
