I'm a deal and corporate attorney representing venture capital and private equity firms and their portfolio companies, startups, entrepreneurs, and middle market companies. I have over a decade of sophisticated legal experience and my practice focuses on M&A, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, and debt and equity financing transactions. In addition to deal work, I serve as outside general counsel to my clients, guiding them through all stages of the business lifecycle as their go-to business and legal advisor. Client industries include, among others, services, technology, healthcare, financial services, entertainment and media, and manufacturing, among others.
