My legal practice consists of acting as outside general counsel for my clients, which encompasses activities from formation to exit. As a corporate attorney, I assist private businesses (typically startups to companies of $300 million EV) in all aspects of their business life cycle, including initial entity formation decisions, restructuring, commercial agreements, financings, M&A, winding up and dissolution, and other matters.
