I am a lawyer with over 10 years' in-house legal experience supporting tech and e-commerce companies with taking products to market, from inception to launch. I am authorised and regulated by the UK Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). I maintain indemnity insurance and operate via my limited company, BizLex Studio B.V.. I provide hands-on support to clients ranging from start-ups, scale-ups to corporations on an interim or on-demand basis. Product Counselling I can assist with product development and territorial expansion by acting as strategic business partner and by raising awareness on legal risk. Commercial Growth I will strengthen sales by owning and optimising the entire contract lifecycle. I can negotiate and draft commercial agreements as well as build templates and playbooks. Regulatory Compliance I can build a solid legal and compliance infrastructure, covering privacy, cybersecurity and marketing frameworks. External DPO I lead pre-launch and privacy reviews, such as DPIAs and legitimate interest assessments for both solutions and products to ensure compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations.
