I am a solution-oriented corporate attorney with over 15 years of experience advising executives and senior leaders in private equity, venture capital, startups, small business, corporate formation and governance, and the cannabis industry. Drawing on my in-house background, I am adept at advising clients on the business implications of complex legal issues, providing practical counsel with an emphasis on risk mitigation, anticipatory planning, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Scale LLP as Counsel, I co-founded a boutique full-service law firm before venturing into solo corporate practice. I also founded a turnkey cannabis platform providing business support to legal cannabis operators nationwide. Previously, I served as Assistant General Counsel to a global leading investment management firm.
