I'm go-to counsel for complex, first-of-kind fintech product development that requires sophisticated structuring and consumer-friendly execution. I have a particular industry expertise in the home equity investment space, advising companies reimagining the economics of homeownership. My practice also includes traditional lending, credit innovation (including BNPL), BaaS and sponsor-bank arrangements, and proptech. Representative matters in the last 12 months: Launched crypto-secured personal and commercial lending business for crypto wallet, including: draft loan agreement, review product flow, and state law compliance advice. Launched home equity investment products for two new companies. Launched innovative groundlease home purchase product. Responded and closed inquiry from state attorneys general on behalf of fintech clients.
