Chantel Jordan is a fractional general counsel and founder of Golden Laurel Advisors. An experienced corporate lawyer with both Big Law and in-house leadership experience, she advises scaling and private equity-backed companies, as well as select startups, on governance, human capital strategy, and IPO and exit readiness. She partners directly with founders, executives, and boards to provide practical, in-house legal support across corporate governance, M&A, strategic transactions, commercial negotiations and contracting, and risk management. Her approach is execution-focused, helping companies navigate growth, manage complexity, and prepare for key inflection points.
