Hi! I’m Sarah, based in New York and dual-qualified in New York and Switzerland. My background is in domestic and international arbitration and complex disputes, where I’ve worked under major domestic and international arbitration rules across industries including construction, energy, finance, IP, commodities, and shareholder disputes. Over the past year, I’ve been expanding into fractional GC work for founders operating between the U.S. and Europe. I work primarily with tech and gaming companies on governance, IP and IP structuring, investor readiness, and cross-border transactions and legal strategies, bringing a dispute-prevention lens to decision-making.
