About

Taisa Condino is the founder of Lexon Legal Services: the embedded legal operating partner to growth-stage companies. She built Lexon Legal around a single conviction: great legal work doesn't have to be expensive or disconnected from how a business actually runs. Her model goes beyond traditional outsourced counsel — she embeds directly into her clients' operations, takes ownership of the legal work within an agreed scope, and builds the infrastructure to keep it running: contract workflows, templates, repositories, and reporting that give companies real visibility into their legal function as a business asset. The approach is AI-powered and lawyer-led — AI tools accelerate execution; lawyer judgment reviews every deliverable. Before founding Lexon, Taisa spent over a decade operating at the intersection of law and business — most recently as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Legal at a SaaS company, and previously across compliance, international arbitration, legal ops, finance, and investor relations at companies in finance, energy, the food industry, and big law in Spain. That in-house background is the foundation of how she works: she shows up like someone on your team. Taisa is licensed in New York and Brazil, and holds an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, a Master's in International Advocacy from ISDE, a law degree and a business administration degree from Mackenzie University in São Paulo.
