I’m a New York-based attorney with over fifteen years of experience in federal, state, and military courts. My practice combines the perspective of a litigator, legal advisor, and small business owner, helping clients navigate complex legal and operational challenges with clarity, strategy, and practical judgment. Having built and managed my own businesses, I understand firsthand the realities entrepreneurs face and bring that experience to every engagement. Through my legal practice, I serve as business counsel to entrepreneurs, investors, and small businesses, advising on contracts, governance, employment matters, and regulatory compliance. I help owners anticipate risk, avoid disputes, and make confident decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term goals.
