I am an English qualified lawyer operating in Berlin, Germany (registered with the Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin as a Foreign Legal Counsel). I advise start ups across the spectrum of corporate, finance and generalist in-house matters. I have a number of core clients that provide a significant majority of my work, where I operate effectively as a plug-and-play in-house counsel that assists them with strategy, management and operational decisions, including how to manage external counsel.
