My practice focuses on two areas: DEA regulatory defense and vaccine injury claims under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). I represent healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other DEA registrants in DEA investigations, inspections, and administrative enforcement actions. I also represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries after vaccination in claims before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. I handle matters nationwide. Before founding Jani Law PLLC, I served as DEA Diversion Enforcement Counsel, as a Trial Attorney in the Torts Branch (Vaccine Litigation) of the U.S. Department of Justice, and as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters, where vaccine injury claims are adjudicated under the VICP.
