I give startups the ability to have seasoned in-house counsel on a part-time basis. I have over a decade of experience advising clients across various industries. I previously served as Head of Legal at Legacy (YC '19), North America’s largest at-home male fertility clinic. Before that, I litigated complex commercial disputes at leading corporate law firms and clerked for the federal judiciary.
