About

I am a senior attorney with 14+ years of experience advising tech and startup on product counseling, regulatory and legislative strategy, commercial negotiation, compliance (legal and operational), litigation, and safety. My career spans digital platforms, SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, mobility, food and beverage, and AI-driven products. I began at Covington & Burling, where I trained in litigation and regulatory matters, and later served as Senior Counsel at Uber, advising on rideshare, delivery, safety, and regulatory strategy in four states and Washington, D.C. I have since led legal and compliance functions at Duffl (retail food and alcohol delivery), CloudKitchens (ghost kitchens), and Nursa (healthcare staffing), advising on product development, building compliance programs, negotiating commercial agreements, managing workforce and safety issues, and supporting legislative and regulatory initiatives. Through my practice I also advise startups and public companies on SaaS, licensing, and commercial contracts, as well as product development, AI governance, and compliance frameworks. Representative clients include Abode, Coblr, Reddit, and Uber.
