I am a commercial attorney with 16 years of in-house experience at SaaS, data analytics, cybersecurity, and financial services companies. My practice centers on complex technology transactions and enterprise commercial contracting, including SaaS agreements, software licenses, data licensing, DPAs, AI addenda, partnership agreements, reseller arrangements, vendor contracts, and security exhibits. I work across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America, handling cross-border data transfer compliance, GDPR, and jurisdictionally-specific commercial frameworks as a standard part of my practice. Currently Lead Commercial Counsel at Numerator, a data analytics company, where I manage a five-attorney team supporting a $400M+ global commercial pipeline. I serve as the global escalation point for complex enterprise transactions and partner directly with Sales, GTM, Finance, Product, and Security stakeholders on deal structuring and risk decisions. In the last 90 days I have handled 346 contracts or contract-related matters averaging 27 per week. Prior experience includes sole US-based counsel at Immersive Labs, a UK-headquartered enterprise cybersecurity SaaS company, where I owned the North American legal function and rebuilt the contracting framework for the US and Canadian market. Earlier roles include commercial counsel at American Express generating $6B+ in corporate charge volume across 300+ enterprise agreements, and contracts leadership at Westinghouse Electric covering domestic and international government and industrial agreements. I have experience creating AI-based workflow improvement processes for internal in house use and I've also created Clarioso, a contract intelligence platform that I built using Claude API.
