I am a commercial attorney with 16 years of in-house experience at SaaS, data analytics, cybersecurity, and financial services companies. My practice centers on complex technology transactions and enterprise commercial contracting, including SaaS agreements, software licenses, data licensing, DPAs, AI addenda, partnership agreements, reseller arrangements, vendor contracts, and security exhibits. Most recently served as Lead Commercial Counsel at Numerator, a data analytics company, where I managed a team of seven attorneys and two procurement professionals supporting a $400M+ global commercial pipeline across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. I served as the global escalation point for complex enterprise transactions, handling cross-border data transfer compliance, GDPR, and jurisdictionally-specific commercial frameworks, and partnered directly with Sales, GTM, Finance, Product, and Security stakeholders on deal structuring and risk decisions. Prior experience includes being the sole US-based counsel at Immersive Labs, a UK-headquartered enterprise cybersecurity SaaS company, where I owned the North American legal function and worked directly with UK-based leadership. Earlier roles include commercial counsel at American Express, where I supported $6B+ in corporate charge volume across 300+ enterprise agreements, and contracts leadership at Westinghouse Electric covering domestic and international government and industrial agreements. Across my career I have negotiated $7B+ in commercial contract value. I am currently providing fractional commercial counsel to a B2B AI marketing and answer engine optimization platform, including UK-based deal work.
