I currently work as General Counsel at Kain Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm based in New York. In this role, I oversee all legal matters across the firm’s investment activities and operations. I also serve as outside general counsel to multiple portfolio companies, which I advise on contracting, healthcare regulatory compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property, and risk management, and as a strategic legal advisor to their boards and executive leadership teams.
