I am a commercial SaaS attorney with more than 15 years of experience, all of it in-house, where I've served as the primary legal resource for fast-moving, revenue-focused companies. I draft and negotiate commercial agreements end to end: SaaS and vendor templates, redlines with counterparties, and the contracting workflows that enable sales teams to scale without creating downstream risk. My work in software licensing has also led me to develop a sub-expertise in data privacy. I have drafted custom DPAs and negotiated them with counterparties globally.
