I represent business clients and technology companies and guide them through negotiations to close strategic transactions, acquisitions, exits and buy-ins, as well as business separations. I also resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration, and litigation in Federal and State Courts. I also assist clients with capital fundraising, from seed rounds through Round B. I support clients through high value transactions in various industries, including technology licensing, co-ownership and development of intellectual property, hardware manufacturing, SaaS, AI contracts and privacy compliance. I regularly advise clients on required authorizations and licenses, regulatory compliance, incorporation of local entities, employment / human resources, and when necessary – related corporate, trade secret and intellectual property litigation.
