I represent early stage and mature technology companies and focus my practice on commercial transactions with a strong background in cross-border mergers & acquisitions, venture capital financings, technology transactions, and more. I support clients through high profile transactions in various industries, including blockchain, ride-sharing, co-ownership and development of intellectual property, hardware manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions and all things SaaS and PaaS. I regularly advise clients on required authorizations and licenses, regulatory compliance, incorporation of local entities, employment / human resources, and when necessary – related corporate, trade secret and intellectual property litigation. I have extensive experience working as a team with in-house legal counsel of international companies, investment groups, and start-up companies.
