I serve as a strategic employment law advisor to California employers, helping leadership teams and HR professionals navigate compliance challenges, manage workplace risk, and make informed employment decisions. My practice focuses on proactive advice and counsel, including wage-and-hour compliance, employee relations, workplace investigations, leaves and accommodations, policy development, and manager training. Drawing on extensive experience defending class actions, PAGA claims, and individual employment litigation, I help organizations address issues before they become disputes and align legal compliance with business goals. I am a frequent speaker on employment law topics and was recognized as a 2025 and 2026 Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
