I'm a South Carolina-licensed attorney and founder of Palmetto Digital Advisory LLC, an independent digital asset advisory practice. I also serve as Senior Manager for MainNet Partners Limited, a Cayman Islands-based digital asset advisory firm, where Isupports client engagements spanning AML/CFT compliance, VASP regulatory frameworks, and digital asset market structure across U.S., Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and BVI regimes. I hold a CIPP/US certification from the IAPP and began my career in government enforcement, handling antitrust and consumer protection matters at the South Carolina Attorney General's Office and the SC Department of Consumer Affairs. I am is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and hold a BBA in Finance from William & Mary.
