• Serve as Senior Manager for a Cayman Islands-based digital asset advisory firm, coordinating end-to-end project delivery across internal teams, clients, and third-party service providers to ensure timely, high-quality execution of client engagements in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. • Act as primary point of contact for client entities across Web3 communication channels, managing inbound communications, coordinating meetings and document execution, and maintaining trust-based relationships with counterparties and business partners. • Support KYC and client onboarding workflows for entities and personnel, aligning intake and diligence processes with applicable AML/CFT and regulatory standards across U.S. and Cayman Islands jurisdictions. • Track milestones, deliverables, and project risks, escalating issues and preparing status reports and documentation for directors and senior management to support governance and informed decision-making. • Drive operational execution of firm initiatives and internal projects, developing workflow improvements and process enhancements that strengthen cross-border service delivery.
