Nick is a full stack fractional General Counsel, impact driven executive and founder. With two decades of experience in corporate law, M&A, venture capital, and strategy, Nick he advises business teams and investors across technology, consumer products & services, SaaS and AI. His legal and business experience in the technology and the venture capital ecosystem is both broad and deep. He has been part of the leadership teams at numerous technology companies and start-ups backed by leading VCs (including Highland & General Catalyst, Bessemer, Kleiner, Founders Fund, GVV & GoldmanSachs.) He began his career in the corporate and venture group at an AMLaw 50 law firm in Boston. His experience includes corporate law, finance, M&A, technology licensing and advising investors and boards on complex strategic matters. His experience includes General Counsel at 4 VC backed companies, Product Counsel at Meta / WhatsApp, IPO on the NYSE and co-founding giantgood. He also mentors executives through the Ceresa platform and serves on the Board of Goodwill in Phoenix and San Francisco.
