About
The Frazer Firm is a business law boutique in Jupiter, Florida. Our practice centers on being the trusted legal partner to dynamic and growing businesses. Through our fractional general counsel services, we provide established companies with the steady, strategic legal support they need but do not yet require on a full-time basis. We help owners and executives manage contracts, employment matters, governance, vendor relationships, and day-to-day legal risk, and we serve as the single point of contact who already understands the business. Our transactional practice supports that same goal. We draft and negotiate the agreements that define ownership, governance, and risk, including operating and shareholder agreements, operational and vendor agreements, and purchase and sale transaction documents. Strong documents and sound risk management prevent most disputes before they begin, and we build them with that purpose in mind. When disputes cannot be avoided, our business litigation practice protects what our clients have built. We handle contract disputes, non-compete and trade secret matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, business divorce, and a range of business torts, bringing the same discipline to the courtroom that we bring to the negotiating table. We serve sophisticated business owners, executives, and investors who value strategic, high-touch counsel. Our clients run established companies, hold significant personal and business assets, and expect their lawyer to understand both the legal issue and the business behind it.
