About
I am the founder of Gillette Legal Services, PLLC and Gillette Mediation, based in Seattle, Washington. My practice focuses on employment law, business disputes, workplace counseling, and mediation services for employers, businesses, and individuals. I bring more than 15 years of experience spanning litigation, risk management, executive leadership, and dispute resolution. Prior to founding my practice, I served as a Partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP, where I advised employers and businesses on employment disputes, workplace issues, litigation strategy, and operational risk management. I previously practiced at Reeve Shima and Corr|Downs PLLC, representing employers and public entities in employment and workers’ compensation matters. In addition to legal practice, I have executive leadership experience as the CEO of a multi-site organization, which gives me a practical business-oriented perspective when advising clients. Through Gillette Mediation, I also focus on efficient and technology-forward mediation services designed to streamline scheduling and dispute resolution for attorneys and their clients.
