Gleason Legal is a solo practice based in Louisville Kentucky founded by a former Big Law equity partner in 2026. We represent businesses and their owners in commercial litigation, outside general counsel and corporate matters across a range of industries, with a particular focus on privately held companies, small- and medium-sized businesses, and various participants in commercial finance and real estate.
