I run Sisu Counsel PLLC, serving mid-market and founder-led businesses. I work as outside general counsel on a fractional basis, and occasionally handle employment and business litigation. Before going solo I spent twenty years litigating at Kirkland & Ellis and Ross & Orenstein, following two Eighth Circuit clerkships, and I served as the first in-house GC at Hoffman/Weber Construction.
