I am an independent Swiss lawyer. I have worked on Swiss and cross‑border matters for more than a decade. I advise directly, provide independent assessments and work alongside existing counsel. Advice & governance I advise boards, owners and legal teams on powers, rights and responsibilities. For families, foundations and individuals, the work covers governance, business and asset transactions, and succession, with attention to personal relationships. Disputes & investigations I advise and represent clients in civil and criminal matters, including shareholder and financial disputes, investigations and corporate criminal liability. An independent assessment can clarify whether to pursue a claim, defend it, fund proceedings or settle. Law & AI I help organisations use AI for defined legal tasks, from research and recurring reviews to preserving knowledge. We establish the sources, checks and responsibilities, then test the process before putting it into use. Previously, I had spent 10 years at Quinn Emanuel, where I helped build the Swiss office.
