Hello! I’m a litigation and intellectual property attorney based in Los Angeles.
I represent clients in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, contracts, unfair competition, and other commercial disputes.
In addition, I counsel clients on various issues including contract drafting and negotiation; patent monetization, licensing, and enforcement; trademark clearance and registrations, brand protection, and domain names; copyright clearance, registrations, and enforcement; DMCA compliance; and trade secret protection.
