Rene Hinojosa is the Principal of Hiro Law, a focused US–Mexico cross-border corporate practice. For more than fifteen years, he has advised buyers, sellers, founders, family offices, fund sponsors, and operating companies on acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, nearshoring expansions, governance, and special situations across the US–Mexico corridor. His work spans entity structuring and foreign-investment compliance through negotiation, closing, and post-closing integration, often coordinating tax, regulatory, financing, and local-counsel workstreams. Rene is licensed in Texas, California, and Mexico, is fluent in English and Spanish, and works from San Antonio with matters throughout the United States and Mexico.
