Experienced commercial lawyer with 17+ years big law and in-house experience. About half my career has been at law firms (M&A, corporate governance) and half in-house, where I was General Counsel to three entities. While in-house I worked for a federal contractor performing largely under DOE grants (2 CFR 200) and worked with a variety of commercial contracts.
