My practice focuses on helping businesses solve problems at the intersection of business, technology, and law. My practice is split between intellectual property and general business matters. On the intellectual property front, I provide strategic IP counseling and obtain patent, trademark, and copyright registrations for my clients, as well as collaborating with international counsel to obtain and manage global IP portfolios. I have extensive IP licensing and commercialization experience. On the business front, I assist clients in business formation and growth, including angel and early stage investment transactions on both the investor and target side. I have a robust commercial contracting practice and aim to help clients with practical and repeatable solutions for their commercial needs. I also have experience in M&A transactions on both the buy and sell sides for middle- and lower-market deals.
