About

Founder & Managing Attorney, Parallax Law PLLC Isaac Wall is a corporate attorney with deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions and venture capital transactions spanning elite BigLaw firms and in-house leadership roles at high-growth technology and health companies. Over his career, Isaac has advised on more than $35 billion in M&A transactions and closed $3 billion in equity and debt financings across software, healthcare, fintech, AI, industrials and life sciences. His representative M&A experience includes lead roles on PTC's $1.5 billion acquisition of ServiceMax, Inversago's $1.1 billion sale to Novo Nordisk, OpenEye Scientific's $500 million sale to Cadence Design Systems, and Manta Software's sale to IBM, which was recognized as VC Exit of the Year by the Czech Private Equity & Venture Capital Association. On the venture capital side, Isaac has advised prominent investors including Thrive Capital, Eberg Capital, and LDV Ventures on portfolio investments and exits. He has guided numerous emerging companies through seed, Series A, and growth-stage financings, and led Nayya Health's strategic funding round with investments from Workday, ADP, and MetLife. Prior to founding Parallax Law, Isaac spent eight years at Goodwin Procter, Sidley Austin, and Allens Linklaters, followed by in-house general counsel roles at Nayya Health and Fuze Health. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honors) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and is admitted to practice in New York and Australia.
