About
I'm a New York–based attorney focused on representing lenders and capital providers in asset-based and cash flow–driven financing transactions. My practice centers on secured lending, including ABL, factoring, and other receivables and working capital facilities, with a particular emphasis on the lower middle market. I advise private credit funds, specialty finance companies, and non-bank lenders on the structuring, documentation, and execution of credit facilities, as well as ongoing portfolio matters, restructurings and work outs. My experience spans revolving credit facilities, term loans, acquisition financings, and hybrid structures that bridge traditional ABL and cash flow lending. I'm particularly attuned to the operational realities of borrowers and the credit considerations unique to collateral-driven lending. Before founding my current practice, I practiced at King & Spalding, where I represented institutional private credit lenders in middle-market acquisition financings. I also have prior in-house experience on the borrower side, having operated within businesses that utilized factoring and ABL facilities. This dual perspective informs a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to dealmaking. I frequently work with lenders serving D2C, CPG, and other inventory- and receivables-heavy businesses. I'm active in industry organizations such as the Secured Finance Network Heycounsel, and a wider network within the private credit ecosystem. His practice is characterized by responsiveness, efficiency, and a deep understanding of the documentation and execution demands of active lending platforms.
