I run Navia Advisory LLC, a fractional general counsel practice serving a range of clients from aerospace and AI companies to SaaS businesses, artists, and galleries. Since launching the practice in December 2024, I've provided outside general counsel support tailored to each client's stage and risk profile, covering commercial contracting, regulatory guidance, IP strategy, and general corporate matters. My focus is helping clients navigate the unknown, offering calm, principled guidance through uncertain terrain rather than reactive, short-term fixes. My background spans a wide range, from litigating fine art and international commercial disputes at Mazzola Lindstrom, to serving as Associate General Counsel at Yuga Labs, where I worked on NFT IP licensing frameworks and navigated regulatory questions in a then-undefined area of law. I operate as an embedded partner to each client, working directly with founders and leadership teams to handle legal needs efficiently without the overhead of a full in-house hire or a traditional law firm engagement.
