I am in the process of opening up my own solo practice, K. Faircloth Law, PLLC (d/b/a Zélie Law) serving creators and business owners by helping them protect what they build. To start, I offer fractional IP management, trademarks, copyrights, and online enforcement assistance. Long term, I hope to also expand and provide data privacy and AI governance services.

One clearance search and report (including a call to go over any potential questions), then preparation and filing of the application. Includes reviewing, docketing, and reporting Publication and Registration as well as responses to non-substantive/administrative office actions from the USPTO. Does NOT include government USPTO fees.
