About
I primarily serve as outside general counsel to technology companies, web3 and AI businesses, and the funds and investors that back them as well as advising on specific engagements as needed. My practice focuses on the commercial contracts, corporate matters, and private securities work these clients need to build, operate, and grow. I am known for being highly responsive, providing fast turnaround times, and working closely with clients as a practical extension of their team, including through tools like Slack and Telegram. When a matter requires specialized expertise beyond my core practice, I draw on a trusted network of attorneys across large, midsize, and boutique firms to help clients get the right support efficiently. My approach is business-minded, agile, and focused on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
