I am a passionate, creative and mission driven health care legal and business executive. I strive to inspire and be-inspired, and care deeply about promoting, advocating for and helping guide other women on their career journey. After 11 years in private legal practice, I had the truly amazing and humbling opportunity to serve as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Trellis Rx (a rapidly growing technology-enabled specialty pharmacy management services business). Effective June 1, 2022, Trellis Rx (a Francisco Partners portfolio company) sold to CPS (a Frazier Healthcare Portfolio company), resulting in an over 20x+ return to FP, and one of their most successful exits ever. Shortly after, I decided I wanted to "bet on myself" and started a boutique healthcare law firm, which today is Aligned Health Law. It hasn't been a straight path to get to where I am today, but I am so happy to have dared to take the journey! I am now looking to contribute to aligned organizations as a member of their Board of Directors.
