Lapis Legal is a boutique law firm built on in-house experience and exclusively for life sciences. We work with pharmaceutical, biopharma, biotech, and medical device companies providing fractional general counsel, embedded legal counsel, launch surge support, and project-based legal and compliance counsel. Founded in 2023 after almost 15 years as senior and executive in-house counsel at GSK and Jazz Pharmaceuticals, with 20+ years of total legal practice. Focus areas include FDA regulatory strategy and compliance, promotional and advertising compliance, commercialization and launch readiness, healthcare fraud and abuse (AKS/FCA), compliance program design, internal investigations, and regulatory risk strategy.
