LLex & Lever is a fractional general counsel and business advisory practice based in Atlanta, founded by Ashley Page, Esq. The firm works as embedded counsel to founders, executives, and leadership teams on commercial contracts, IP and licensing, governance, compliance, and transactions. Lex & Lever also builds legal functions from the ground up for private equity portfolio companies and advises boards on governance and risk. Ashley spent 16 years in-house. Most recently she was SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Endeavor Group Holdings, where she led a global compliance team of 16 and advised the board on enterprise risk. Before that she was General Counsel of IMG College and oversaw the legal work on its merger with Learfield. At Google she was Senior Counsel leading the commercial legal team for shopping and e-commerce products. She began her career in IP and technology transactions at Arnold & Porter and Alston & Bird. She is a graduate of Spelman College and Harvard Law School and is admitted in Georgia, New York, and the District of Columbia.
