Lex & Lever is a fractional General Counsel and business advisory practice based in Atlanta, founded by Ashley Page, Esq. The firm serves as embedded counsel to founders, executives, and leadership teams, covering commercial contracts, governance, transactions, and the day-to-day legal questions that come with building and scaling a business. Lex & Lever also builds legal functions from the ground up for private equity portfolio companies and advises boards on governance and strategy. Ashley brings two decades of senior in-house and C-suite legal leadership at Endeavor Group Holdings, Google, and Learfield, along with earlier practice at Arnold & Porter and Alston & Bird. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice in Georgia, New York, and the District of Columbia.
