I run Crafted Legal, a boutique firm focused on the alcohol beverage industry and other regulated consumer brands. Most of my work involves helping clients navigate licensing (ABC and TTB), trademark registration, and contract structuring—especially for growing producers, importers, and brand incubators. A lot of what I do is flat-fee or subscription-based, which lets me stay close to clients as they scale. I’ve worked in the industry myself, so I try to bring a practical, no-nonsense approach that’s both strategic and grounded in how these businesses actually operate.
